Marketing Strategies
Ever written a business plan
with sales goals that you didn't achieve? When you think of
marketing do you think primarily of advertising? Think
again. The development of a comprehensive marketing
strategy is an important step to growing your business. Your
marketing plan should generate sufficient leads to enable your company
to achieve the sales goals highlighted in the financials section
of your business plan. This workshop will equip you with the
basic tools necessary to develop a solid marketing strategy and
marketing implementation (mix) plan. The workshop will also cover
market research techniques to aid in the strategy development.

content of the plan itself. This workshop will cover the
1-2-3 of how to write a business plan with credible
financials, and will also address the important question of why to

important linkages between the marketing, sales, and your financial
projections, and the development of a solid management team.
